Principal Product Manager - Ads
Job Summary:
Spredfast is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our Ads Performance area. This is a strategic position with broad scope around the social advertising space and beyond, reporting to our Vice President, Product Management. The role will work closely with our customers, internal stakeholders, and design & engineering leadership to drive the evolution of Spredfast’s Ads Performance capabilities
The ideal candidate is someone with a demonstrable product management experience in digital advertising and deep passion for building innovative products.
Scope:
Own our Ads Performance Product - with responsibility for the Strategy and Roadmap to drive renewals and growth.
Leverage your expertise in marketing and social data working with our customers and the market to understand and report on business outcomes.
Serve as single point of contact for Ads Performance in the Product Management Team to the wider Spredfast organization.
Partner with engineering to ensure APIs for Ads Performance are accessible to our Partner Solutions and Services teams
Own definition and prioritization of the Ads Performance Roadmap.
This is a critical role within our Product Management Team with executive exposure. Spredfast has a start-up mentality, will take smart risks, adapt & iterate quickly, and solve important problems. We are looking for someone who is passionate about using data to answer business questions. Our customers are some of the biggest brands in the world making business decisions based on the insights we provide.
Requirements:
8 – 10 years of product management experience within a SaaS or startup technology environment.
Demonstrable experience of defining product vision, strategy, building products, going to market and evolving those Products based on need.
Familiarization with the Digital Advertising landscape with knowledge of Social Ads preferred.
Experience working within social network ad tools, with know-how of both the technical and business aspects of solutions.
Technically adept - comfortable with APIs, data modeling discussions and trade-offs.
Deep collaborative mindset – keen ability to work with your Engineering and Design partners
to solve problems.
Proficiency working in an agile environment.
Ability to make data-driven decisions without succumbing to “analysis paralysis”.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, MBA a plus.
