Babylon is building the world’s largest digital healthcare platform to put accessible and affordable healthcare in the hands of every person on earth. We are looking for an experienced product manager with extraordinary ambition to build a next generation conversational platform that transforms how individuals communicate to deliver quality healthcare. You will establish a strategic vision to power effortless 2-way messaging, voice, video and chatbot communication at every point of the customer journey. You will be responsible for converting customer needs into robust products. To do this you will need to be resourceful, tenacious, and have a love of transforming complex requirements into simplified experiences that customers love to use.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Develop and drive a compelling product vision and roadmap for our conversations Platform.
• Attend customer and stakeholder meetings on a regular basis to solicit feedback, gather requirements and validate product priorities.
• Define goals and drive results by evaluating market trends, customer feedback, and performing retrospective analysis of product performance.
• Write clear, detailed and thorough user stories and specifications.
• Make formative decisions on what needs to be built, and how we should prioritize investments. 
• Build scalable architecture allowing other teams to rapidly enable conversation features while maintaining overall conversation quality
• Enable go to market activities by providing actionable and compelling product marketing materials.
• Evangelize conversational capabilities.

WHO YOU ARE

• +5 years of experience in a Product Management role.
• +3 years of experience developing/launching PaaS products, developer tools, or API products.
• Past experience with communication technologies and cloud technologies.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to anticipate needs and take required action.
• Passion for writing user stories, participating in agile ceremonies, facilitating discovery activities and gathering customer feedback
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an appetite for feedback and constructive criticism. 
• Natural ability to become a subject matter authority/ go-to person for one or more product area(s).

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business or related field; or equivalent related work experience
• Experience with NLP platform/tools and/or building out API ecosystems
• Experience in deploying conversational capabilities within one or more of the following: web/native commerce applications, CRM/Support tools, or Sales tools.
• Experience launching products in highly regulated markets.
