We are searching for the next standout product manager to join VRBO's eCommerce Product team and power our core ecommerce value proposition of guaranteeing the accuracy of every transaction on our ecommerce platform.

As the Product Management specialist you will work closely with our finance, customer experience and engineering teams to review, investigate, analyze, monitor and address discrepancies in ecommerce transactions throughout their lifecycle in our two sided marketplace; from the traveler payment to the disbursement of funds to vacation rentals owners.

As a part of the ecommerce Product Management team, You are a detail oriented, problem-solver, passionate about delivering value.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with customer service and finance to create a scalable process to review, investigate, analyze, monitor and address discrepancies in
  • Traveler payment transactions
  • Payment processor settlements
  • Tax form completions
  • Disbursements to vacation rentals owners
  • Partner with engineering to develop features to address discrepancies in a scalable manner.

Who you are:

Qualifications:

  • You’ve got a strong technical background. You understand how software development teams work and how engineers think.
  • 1+ years of product management experience
  • Scientific mindset to make evidence-based decisions.
  • Strong understanding of audit procedures for large transaction sets
  • Proven ability to implement processes.
