Product Manager - Fundraising

What you’ll be doing:
This role is fast paced, high impact and mission critical. This person will report to the Manager of Product Management for our Fundraising, Marketing and Events Next Gen Solutions. He or she will be focused on delivering amazing capabilities in one of the most rewarding markets as we serve the nonprofit sector with comprehensive solutions for the social good sector.
This person will be a Product Owner working side by side with our Manager. He or she will work on requirements gathering, backlog creation and grooming, scrum ceremonies, efficient and effective delivery of capabilities to our RENXT and next gen client base, internal evangelism for their capability and the ability to carry forward a vision for that capability as it evolves.
This role will live in the strategic and tactical as they work cross functionality on backlogs, feature launch, go to market and more. He or she will be a key player in running the day-to-day operations of the scrum team(s) that they are responsible for while also assisting with the ideas portal, defect triage, cross team collaboration, strategic initiatives, weekly meetings, handling crisis communications, working on quarterly client webinar content, monitoring competition, traveling on occasion to co-present future product strategy to clients, maintaining roadmaps, and more.
This role requires a strong understanding and skill set in technical product management as well as supreme organization and communication skills. You must be proficient/expert in MS Office tools and knowledgeable on Agile and Pragmatic Product Management best practices and process. Knowledge of tools such as AHA and JIRA is a bonus. Experience in Fundraising, Marketing, Events Mgmt or Nonprofit Operations is ideal but not required. A solid understanding of cloud solutions and automation is also preferred but not required. This person must have a love of strategic and tactical and a knack for kicking things across the goal line to 100% completion in a very timely manner. This role will have tremendous potential to take on more and be highly visible within the company. They will be working with all major groups around Blackbaud and will be expected to hit the ground running.
