Sprinklr is looking for a seasoned product manager who can fix tricky problems impacting our speed
and scale. Focusing on our Go-To-Market strategy and processes, you will work with key users from
different business groups to understand time-consuming internal processes, identify areas that have
opportunity to be improved and/or streamlined, and design solutions that meet the business need
and are reliable and scalable enough to work within the size and scope of the company. You are
passionate about solving problems through technology, highly organized, and have outstanding
analytical and communication skills.

About the Role (what you’ll be doing)
● Partner with business stakeholders to understand their processes and data requirements to
come up with robust solutions that meet their objectives and desired outcomes
● Lead system implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems design, test
documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution)
● Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for Salesforce and all associated
platforms
● Develop and communicate the Go-To-Market product strategy and roadmap in collaboration
with members of the operations, marketing and sales teams.
● Contribute to and lead engagement with stakeholders throughout the business by facilitating
ongoing working groups
● Drive the functionality / design of next-gen Sales solutions with future needs, scalability and
industry-leading best-practices in mind
● Lead change management activities that include approvals by senior leaders and engaging
key stakeholders on changes. Proactively creates and update documents regarding
processes, workflows and related system activities
● Act as the Technical SME for all system activities related to our Go-To-Market initiatives

About You
● 7+ years relevant experience in an analyst / project management role
● 5+ years of enterprise application implementation experience of Salesforce and/or
Salesforce CPQ a plus
● Program Management experience and qualifications highly preferred
● Bachelor's degree in business, HR, technology or related field
● Expert knowledge of Google and Atlassian software suites.

● Experienced in troubleshooting and documenting issues, gaps, and resolutions
● You are highly self-motivated and determined to see projects to completion, regardless of
difficulty
