Realtor.com has an opportunity for a Product Manager in the Marketing Operations team. This is a central, technical role in our fast paced Growth Marketing team, covering product and operations across all digital channels including SEM, Paid Social, TV, Digital Video, and App. As a Product Manager, you will help elevate Realtor's marketing practice by guiding, identifying, and leading the development of new products, integrations, and processes. You'll work with great autonomy across marketing, product and technical teams to ensure we build and deploy solutions with best practices and stakeholder use cases in mind.

What you'll do:
- Work directly and independently across internal and external teams to develop user stories and identify opportunities for product and process improvements. Liaise with stakeholder teams to define solutions to key strategic questions.
- Partner with marketing, analytics and engineering teams to build tools and systems that scale across marketing channels (both hands on and through directing others). E.g. direct ETL creation, architect test pipelines for repeatable test evaluation and measurement.
- Work in an agile way to deliver incremental value and own the product life-cycle.
- Develop roadmaps and manage stakeholder communications.
- Use SQL, python, and collaborative tools to deliver data insights and reporting.
- Diagnose and address real-time operational issues to ensure business continuity. Ensure repeat issues are addressed through product updates, new features, etc.
- Research and adopt the latest industry tools and innovations. Inform integration best practices with ad partners (e.g. Google, Apple, and Facebook).
What you'll bring:
- BS in a quantitative field, such as Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience or 3 years of relevant work experience with post grad degree
- Comfortable writing and working with complex queries in SQL
- Previous experience working in or running an Agile development environment
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to bring new products and features to market
- Eye for quality and attention to detail
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in cross-functional and executive interactions
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Experience with Marketing Technology
- Digital analytics and related tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (including Firebase), Appsflyer, Segment.io, iSpot
- Digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google, Facebook, Adobe Ad Cloud)
- Experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or equivalent role with an analytical bend
- Experience with Python or R

The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect in the listed locations. We tailor our offers based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process. All ranges are location based, ranges for positions in other locations may vary based on the local market.
Salary Range for select office locations
- Santa Clara, CA $135,100 - $196,100
- Westlake Village, CA $122,900 - $177,900
- New York, NY $112,400 - $162,400
Pay-for-performance is a key element in our strategy to attract, engage, and motivate talented people to do their best work. Accordingly, offers extended for this role will include an annual bonus target typically expressed as percentage of salary. Similarly to salary, annual incentive bonus targets are set based on a variety of factors including job level, competitive market practice, experience, tenure, and essential skills.
