The role:

Nacelle is seeking a highly technical and execution-focused Product Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote role, but must be located within the United States of America. In this role, you will own the product for your squads, ensuring that our engineers are always building the right thing. The Product Manager for this role will work closely with our data ingestion team and GraphQL API team, which are vital components of Nacelle's platform. Our ideal candidate likely has a background in engineering and is well-versed in the nuances of technical product management.

In this role you will:

• Work directly with the CEO and Product team to develop the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business and customer needs.
• Act as a liaison between product, engineering, product marketing, and customer success, coordinating priorities and ensuring effective execution of plans.
• Communicate effectively with both engineers and business leaders, acting as a bridge between these disciplines.

• You have a proven ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and business leaders.
• You have experience in a fast paced, venture-backed startup.
• You have a college degree required, graduating with honors is a big plus.

We’d be really excited if you have:

• Ecommerce experience.
• Experience working with Kafka.
• Proficiency in writing code (Node, Go, Python) is a plus.

Nacelle is committed to paying fairly and competitively which is why we partner with a salary and equity database company to ensure we are aligned with market rates. To benchmark salaries, it’s based on the individual's level of experience and cost of living and we are able to use data from comparable venture-backed startups (over 3,000 across the US). The salary estimate for this role is $160,000-$200,000, actual salary will be based off candidate's experience and location.
