Duo + Cisco = Disco
With the Most Loved Company in Security and the global leader in network technology joining forces, there are more exciting opportunities than ever to be at the forefront of securing the cloud.
Our mission is simple: democratize security by making it easy and effective for everyone. We're transforming security from the ground up by solving the world's most pressing geopolitical challenge - safe, secure information access. We engineer our business to enable our customers to easily address their ever-evolving security challenges.
We believe that impactful work is rewarding work and that our team is at its best when everyone feels empowered to bring their whole self to work. We learn together by hiring for cultural contribution, not cultural fit, and recognize that diversity in background and thought are essential to building high-impact teams.
We invest in growth and learning opportunities and encourage our people to never stop learning. We foster collaboration and believe in being recognized (and rewarded!) for hard work. We champion a healthy work-life balance. We're kinder than necessary.
Together we build for the future by designing simple solutions for complex problems. And that's why we're the most loved and trusted name in security.
About the role...
Organizations are going through a fundamental change in how users authenticate to their workforce applications. For the past forty years, we've relied on shared secrets to verify our identities, and these credentials and secrets are attack vectors. Duo made it easy for thousands of organizations to securely access their applications, regardless of where the applications are hosted, via our modern secure access platform based on zero trust security principles.
Organizations trying to protect all their applications have to grapple with diverse and complex environments and varied end user needs. They want to both increase security while making the end user experience better at the same time and Duo is helping them do it.
As a Product Manager for Applications, you will be responsible for putting Duo into the authentication path when people access their work applications. The Applications engineering team is responsible for the software libraries that enable our partners to integrate Duo into the authentication path. Enabling access to a breadth of applications is one of our competitive differentiators, and this team makes that happen. Most organizations have a hybrid environment of on-premise and cloud solutions. This team develops and supports the distributed software that runs locally in customer hosted environments to connect that hybrid environment to Duo's cloud service.
