Job Overview:

In this role, you’ll be focused on building out our senior care offering.   It’s a substantial market - $440 billion to be exact.  The good news, Care.com is one of the leading online destinations for finding in-home care.  The even better news, we’re only in the first innings of where we want to be.  Some problems you’ll solving for:

  • At our heart, we’re a two-sided business - how do you consider both the needs of family to find quality care with providing rewarding work opportunities for caregivers?
  • How do you manage communication and payments with various partners, personalities and regulatory bodies?
  • How do we provide the right services when the acuity of care can vary greatly?

Specific Duties/Responsibilities

  • Ownership of metrics. This means developing and executing on a roadmap.
  • Leading an agile, cross-functional team during the entire lifecycle of product development.
  • Working with partners throughout the company to ensure a successful product launch.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of work experience with at least 2 of those years in product management.
  • Experience with developing experiences across device type (web and app).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and produce high-quality results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
