What you’ll be doing:  Our Product Managers are responsible for leading Blackbaud’s strategic product objectives by developing and delivering solutions that delight and inspire our customers and their constituents. You will be expected to be a "product owner”, a market and customer problem expert, and a product evangelist as well as set the strategy for your product. This position gives you an excellent opportunity to work on the not for profit industry leading products with a team of highly motivated product management, engineering, and usability design and research professionals in an organization that is highly invested in creating exceptional product experiences. 

The Job:  If you’re interested in joining our growing team, we are looking for Product Managers at different seniority levels, from entry-level to seasoned leaders and contributors to work in the following areas:

• Feature-oriented
• Mission Impact and Outcomes Measurement
• Technical Platform and API
• Payments and Fintech
• Analytics, AI and Machine learning

These roles are all fast paced, high impact and mission critical.  Product Managers are responsible for market analysis and transforming this analysis into an achievable product roadmap.  If you’re passionate about helping nonprofits and being the voice of the costumer through the development process keep reading!  You must be proficient/expert in MS Office tools and knowledgeable on Agile and Pragmatic Product Management best practices and process.  Knowledge of tools such as AHA and JIRA is a bonus.  Our Product Managers must have a love of tactical, execution type tasks with a knack for kicking things across the goal line to 100% completion in a very timely manner.  You will have tremendous potential to take on more, grow your PM/Agile/Software skills and continue to expand your horizon with complex and robust projects.

Place: These roles must be based out of the Charleston, SC or Austin, TX offices.  Blackbaud’s Charleston headquarters, located on Daniel Island, include a full-service cafeteria, a complete gym facility and access to recreational space for gaming or social gatherings. Our centrally-located Austin office is set up for collaboration, with bright and open spaces and modern design. Just steps from the Metro station and access to all that Austin has to offer, we have successfully created an environment where employees are inspired to do great work and create a happy life outside of the office.
