We are seeking a customer inspired product manager to help prioritize and deliver our long-term roadmap for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). You’ll be responsible for serving thousands of customers, including some of the biggest brands in the world.

The day to day

• Talking with customers, users, and internal partners to identify and prioritize new features and functionality that should be included in the product

• Work closely with the engineering teams to design, schedule and deliver new features in an agile environment

• Write excellent user-stories, with thoughtful acceptance criteria, that can be translated into engineering features

• Prioritizing the work of the product team, managing the backlog, and juggling new requests from customers and stakeholders

• Use data to develop high-quality insights into our customer’s user experience

• Work with stakeholders to prepare their teams to support our product strategy

• Serve as the authority and evangelist for the products and features you own

• Continuously build on your domain expertise by reading industry blogs, reports, and other sources of knowledge to develop a sound perspective on technologies available to our business

• Be a great teammate to the other members of your Agile Scrum team

Your skills and expertise

• 1+ years of consumer or enterprise internet software product management experience, preferably supporting internal teams

• Natural problem solving abilities, an inquisitive personality, and an eagerness to tackle new challenges

• A bias for action, iterative development, and learning over “perfection”

• Ability to work with UX to turn complex problems into well crafted, effortless experiences

• High attention to detail and experience leading multiple, contending priorities simultaneously

• History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to push things over the finish line

• Ability to work directly with Engineers to turn design and prototypes into releasable products

• Passionate about collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine what solution best fits the customer’s needs

• Excited by the flexibility and dynamic nature of a fast-paced environment
