The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated product manager to own and continuously improve our core customer-facing platform. You are customer-obsessed, can break down complex problems, and can take ownership of initiatives with a high degree of ambiguity. You have a genuine interest in fintech and like to challenge the way things are done.

What You'll Do

  • Own the vision, roadmap, requirements, and functionality of our core customer application
  • Work with design and engineering to define and refine requirements for the product backlog, and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) on new releases
  • Identify the need for new internal processes and guidelines to improve team efficiency
  • Conduct research to assess customer needs and evolve our product offerings
  • Employ growth hacking techniques and A/B tests to drive customer adoption, retention, and referrals
  • Work with sales, marketing, engineering, and other business stakeholders to drive the execution of company-wide strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in MIS, Business, or STEM discipline
  • 5+ years of product management experienc
  • Experience writing features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in a product development environment
  • Keen attention to detail while not losing sight of the big picture
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, white-boarding, and presentation
  • Strong sense of responsibility and project management; driving initiatives from inception to completion while managing expectations from multiple stakeholders
