Description
Work in team of experts focused on acceleration of engineering productivity and goal of becoming an adaptive enterprise. Engineering Excellence (EngX) program will bring and propagate the best engineering practices, optimize processes, engineering setup and tools, influence engineering culture and product development mindset to facilitate faster, better quality delivery and make our client a truly dynamic enterprise. The team will be working on strategic level to understand current state as well as define recommendations for target state and transition roadmap.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Structured holistic multi-dimensional assessment and gap analysis of a current SDLC, product value streams and enterprise delivery capabilities (including but not limited to DevSecOps, Quality assurance and Metrics visualization ) to inform further co-creation and harmonization of the target state of SDLC and enterprise delivery platform
• Full time role for Senior Product Manager
• Pilot - Analysis/Processes
• Detailed tool functional discovery, requirements gathering and specifications
