Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working in sales, support, or offer development.
  • Experience working in a Support organization with industry experience in cloud computing, enterprise, software, or services.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing, or working closely with, Product Management, Support, and engineering teams for technical products.
  • Experience with spreadsheet analysis and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite products, including Support, Deployment, EDU, or Sales to Google Suite customers.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, take on strategic and operational initiatives, and scale effectively across a large organization and distributed team.
  • Ability to execute in a customer focused environment and advocate for customers and partners across a cross-functional organization. Ability to influence and communicate with both internal stakeholders and external customers or partners.

As a Product Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and oversight of programs that will drive success of our Google Suite Technical Support Service offerings in the market. You will create marketing plans, design buy-flow processes, create and operationalize stock keeping units, and create sales enablement collateral. Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers and capture business requirements for the design of new Google Suite service offerings that meet customer needs. Gather Google Suite sales and customer input to ensure support service offerings are created to solve a customer need.
  • Create marketing and sales enablement plans to bring Google Suite Service Offerings to market. Provide sales activation support to sellers, including assisting in the selling and qualification of offers for strategic deals
  • Create and operationalize stock keeping units, sales processes, contracting, discounting, and buy-flows for Google Suite Service offers. Track and analyze attach rates, discount rates, and revenue.
  • Define markets and customer segments and evaluate industry offerings. Determine pricing levers for new service offerings that positively influence margins.
