We're looking for a driven Product and Customer Success Owner to join our growing skunkworks team in San Antonio.

SiteOwl offers its business customers the ability to manage their electronic security system information in one place. It further manages the complete system life cycle by integrating provider services from design through delivery and support. Simply put, we make electronic security management easy for both sides of the market. We were established by a leading 16 year old electronic security integrator and are committed to building a product that customers love and changes how electronic security is delivered. Objectives

  • Work directly with users to achieve product/market fit

  • Ensure road map and requirements output aligns with business objectives and sets engineering team up for success

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has a blend of Product Management. Customer Discovery and Customer Success skills
  • Loves rolling up his/her sleeves and getting the work done
  • Loves having their ideas challenged by smart people
  • Hates to wait on bureaucratic decision making
  • Is systematic and organized, and comfortable working with on-site and remote teams
  • Is adept at talking to customers and end users
  • Has a high degree of empathy and is a strong listener
  • Has over 5 years of product experience particularly in web applications
  • Remote Monitoring and Management or Professional Services Automation experience a plus
