As a Product Support Consultant, you will be a member of the Product Support team. We are the primary liaison for our customers and provide daily support to those using our Compeat Product Suite. We are passionate about what we do and believe in building long-term relationships and partnerships with our customers. ­ 

What the ideal candidate will bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of restaurant operations experience with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Working experience using Compeat Products such as Advantage and Radar/Ctuit (preferred).
  • You are comfortable with change and bring a flexible attitude in all you do.
  • You have the energy and frame of mind to work in a company that maintains the heart of a startup while building the mind and muscle of an enterprise company.
  • You desire a work environment with a culture that thrives on innovation and execution.
  • You have COGS experience and are able to communicate and demonstrate expertise in COGS; you have implemented and/or managed a COGS system, including inventory and recipe modules; managed actual versus theoretical and the impact on the P&L. 5+ years of restaurant operations experience.
  • Comfortable reading restaurant sales reports and P&L's.
  • Experience with Inventory and Recipe management.
  • Familiarity with at least one major POS system (Aloha, Micros, Toast, etc).Familiarity with Basic Word and Excel functions.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support via phone and email to clients of Compeat Software in a restaurant environment.
  • Year one objectives will include becoming a product expert in one of our product suites and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Solve customer problems in a team environment.
  • Research and troubleshoot reporting issues while offering industry best practices.
  • Cultivate and build upon existing relationships to serve as a trusted adviser to our customer base.
