Senior Director of Product Management, Partner Success

As a Senior Director focused on Partner Success, you will work with business development to grow strategic partnerships to provide consumers more information and choice as they make one of the most important decisions of their lives. You will define the Owner and Seller (ONS) partner portfolio strategy, maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and drive business requirements across multiple teams in pursuit of our partners’ success and our consumers’ needs. You will be well-experienced presenting new ideas and business results in high-profile senior leadership settings. You will understand how to navigate tradeoffs without compromising quality. You will stand up for change when it is needed, but know how to work within a technical organization to drive consensus and get things done.
Key responsibilities include:
Build a deep understanding of customer pain points and partner needs during consumers’ home-owning and selling journey.
Ensure we have a sound partner strategy and deliver on product innovations that support that strategy.
Define and contribute to business objectives and operational rhythms, ensuring that a data-driven approach is taken to our product decisions
Work with other product managers to drive requirements into their roadmaps that will support our vision to provide choice and a delightful CX to our consumers
In partnership with business development, be the primary point of contact for our partners
What will help you succeed?
12+ years of experience in product and/or partner management with at least 5 years in leadership roles
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to bring many parties and perspectives together, to forge a vision, and to drive towards common goals
Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment and data to problem solve
Enjoy adapting to feedback from both users and internal stakeholders into action plans, building stronger product capabilities as a result
Proven ability to engage with external partners, engineers, designers, marketers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
User-centred style, with a strong sense of empathy and experience driving product direction and execution based on user needs
Desire to be part of and help create a highly-inclusive culture where everyone can belong
Comfortable with ambiguity and challenge, and is able to concurrently manage multiple initiatives and scale themselves.
Prior experience in the real-estate industry is a plus but not required
