DESCRIPTION

As part of our Business Consulting Practice, the Senior Manager will work across various technical business units, consulting groups, partners, and clients to support the delivery of Healthcare Technology solutions at EPAM.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the delivery of client business value through marshalling technology, data, and analytics solutions to solve healthcare business problems
  • Leverage subject matter expert for the Healthcare Practice with a strong focus on improving business operations through emerging technology solutions
  • Identify and drive business development activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals/SOWs and establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close new deals
  • Lead strategic engagements, deliver billable client work planning, select and optimize solutions for our valued Healthcare clients
  • Align with EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop and support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Work with our national Healthcare team to devise differentiated strategic and technology solutions to help clients solve industry challenges
  • Define EPAM’s go to market value proposition within Healthcare solutions. This includes interfacing with senior leadership to craft related industry offerings
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging Health industry challenges, as well as the nuanced differences in markets, business models and geographies in which our clients operate
  • Contribute to thought leadership, such as presentations and white papers, to strengthen industry expertise and marketing efforts

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3+ years of experience at a Manager grade or 7+ years relevant industry consultancy experience
  • Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating and presenting solutions
  • Proven ability to operate independently at client locations. We are lean and rapidly growing-we need experienced consulting leaders who are capable of taking charge while also engaging in production activities
  • Skilled at analyzing complex business issues with the ability to effectively communicate the issues to clients
  • Executive level verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Minimum ten years of progressive experience in Healthcare in a consulting or industry practitioner role
  • Prior healthcare consulting experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication and influencer skills
  • Project management, preferably Agile, required
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree. Additional education is appreciated
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing high growth environment
