RigUp is hiring a Sr. Manager of Product Operations that will be responsible for building Product Operations at RigUp. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is excited by the challenge of building a team that can work with Product and Operations teams across the company to identify our biggest opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Set the vision and build Product Operations at RigUp from the ground up
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and other cross-functional partners to translate our business strategy into the product strategy 
  • Build a team of experts that can effectively translate numerous operational and customer pain points into a consolidated view of our top business priorities 
  • Build out clear roles, responsibilities, and an operating model for your team
  • Create a structure to empower your team to solve ambiguous problems 
  • Lead company-wide data-driven operational planning, resourcing, and optimization of product prioritization across RigUp
  • Develop a culture that advocates for the best product solutions to our most impactful operational challenges
  • Work hand-in-hand with Product leadership to translate the most pressing business needs into our next product builds 
  • Assist and communicate with leadership in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

What you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus) 
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Operations Management, Management Consulting, Program Management, Product Management, Project Management, or related experience.
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Previous experience in Product Management or Product Operations
  • Previous experience at a start-up or high growth environment (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with and understand technical subjects/emerging technologies
  • Desire and grit to build a team and a role from the ground up
