Procore is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Acquisition, to join our Growth team. In this role, you’ll oversee product-led acquisition efforts, mainly via the Procore Construction Network. Your key metrics will be organic traffic and new user acquisition.
As a Senior Product Manager - Acquisition, you’ll partner with design, engineering, legal, security, and marketing to drive organic growth and help develop a network of all construction companies and projects. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Marketing and Preconstruction teams to deliver a cohesive end-to-end experience across multiple high-priority efforts. You’ll take ownership of building out the construction network (growing the network, seeding, and moderating content). You’ll also oversee the product execution of all marketing-driven content efforts in a way that drives organic traffic, new user signups, and ultimately facilitating construction activity through the platform. This position reports into the Group Product Manager, Growth, and has the opportunity to work remotely from a U.S. location or in our Carpinteria, CA, New York, NY, or Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.
What you’ll do:
Plan, develop, and implement our SEO product strategy using our unique data to drive organic traffic and user registrations
Lead a team of engineers and UX designers in the development of our construction network - including seeding, collecting, managing, and scaling user-generated content (UGC) and/or content from third-party data sources
Define product metrics and monitor them to ensure overall feature success
Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices, and evangelize SEO and a growth-oriented approach to all our product and related marketing efforts
Define key success metrics and ensure consistent and incremental delivery against those KPIs
Build effective cross-functional relationships with software and data engineering, product management, legal, finance, and customer support to drive execution and overall product success
Be highly autonomous with a strong sense of ownership and focus on bias to action
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience building and delivering successful B2B and/or Consumer products at companies of scale
3+ years of experience in Product Management with an emphasis on building both the SEO strategy and the product to execute that strategy (we’re looking for more than growth and SEO consultants)
A scrappy, growth-first mindset with a preference for moving fast and finding solutions that are great for users and our business
Experience with two-sided marketplaces - building inbound organic search and optimizing SERPs and profile pages for large websites
Experience managing large websites at scale - SEO or search marketing experience at a consumer or SMB-facing internet company is preferred
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition; experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Familiarity with site and usage analytics (i.e., you love working with Google Search Console, keyword tracking software, and usage tracking tools)
Strong prioritization skills of competing needs and tradeoffs to articulate a clear rationale to affected stakeholders
