We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager- HCM & Payroll to join our team at Fourth! This position will be responsible for evolving our HR platform as we bring our latest and most comprehensive product to market. This individual will be the U.S. HR Product Manager responsible for leading the product strategy for ATS, Onboarding, HR and Payroll Integration in the US. 

What You'll Be Doing. . .

• Lead the strategy, vision and prioritization of product features for our premier restaurant-focused HR solutions
• Gather requirements both internally and externally and work with the product decisions teams to prioritize that work into quarterly roadmaps
• Provide UX and design with the context and feedback that they need to build wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs
• Work closely with development and QA teams in multiple geographic locations in a collaborative and iterative process to launch projects on a timely basis
• Plan and manage product roll-out and assist with the day-to-day operational support post roll-out
• Analyze product performance and make sound decisions on what to do next
• Prepare the organization for change with product marketing and support resources

What You Need to Have. . .

•  5+ years product management experience with other HR SaaS providers 
• Ability to lead a fast growing team
• Experience with multi-variate testing, KPI driven business decision making and leveraging data as a product
• Demonstrated successful delivery of multiple product cycles
• Strong understanding of the latest technical standards and best practices in site usability and iterative product development
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding of the restaurant or services industry a plus
