Job Description

Procore is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the creation of a world-class third-party marketplace for our customers. In this role, you will define and own the Procore Marketplace, a resource where customers can find, try, acquire, and provision third-party solutions and integrations.

This position will report to the Director, Product Management, and has the opportunity to work remotely from a U.S. location or in our Carpinteria, CA, New York, NY, or Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the delivery of a highly engaged marketplace of third-party solutions that add value for our customers

• Drive innovative, best-in-class SaaS marketplace technologies and infrastructure 

• Collaborate with our Global Partnerships and Alliances team to optimize customer’s experience finding and monetizing partner solutions

• Collaborate with our Internationalization and Business Development teams to manage the rollout of the Procore Marketplace in strategic markets globally

• Collaborate with other PMs and cross-functional leaders in Internationalization, Mobile, Tools/APIs, and Developer Experience to prioritize and drive marketplace requirements

• Work closely with Product and Partner Marketing to drive effective marketing and promotional campaigns that fuel ecosystem growth

• Partner with UX and Engineering leads on design and development of the Marketplace experience

• Serve as the subject matter expert and chief advocate of the Procore Marketplace 

What we’re looking for:

• Computer Science degree or equivalent foundational software development experience

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing customer-facing products

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fluid, dynamic environment

• Deep understanding of third-party marketplaces and eCommerce

• Experience with web technologies for managing analytics, SEO, A/B testing

• Passion and curiosity to seek a deep understanding of end-user problems as well as competitive and market trends in the industry

• Strategic, analytical thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Exceptional collaboration, partnership, and influencing skills

• Strong prioritization skills of competing needs and tradeoffs to articulate a clear rationale to affected stakeholders

• Excellent verbal and written communication to clearly distill substance and convey complex points concisely
