Strong product management is critical to our success - and we’re looking for product managers who will raise the bar in terms of understanding the market and our users, using discovery techniques to refine our roadmap, and iterating fast to deliver great results.

The Clinical Care team is responsible for the technology that enables providers and operations teams to deliver industry leading care to our members. Our teams are responsible for the full-stack - including member facing mobile apps, provider and operations facing web apps, and a range of carefully selected 3rd party software. You’ll help to define and build great products that combine our AI solutions and exceptional clinical service to revolutionize how we diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases. You’ll truly understand our users to build solutions personalized to their needs in order to make healthcare affordable and accessible for everyone.

In your role as Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead a global product that is focused on delivering value to members, operations, and providers at speed. You’ll collaborate closely with your cross-functional team to prioritize the opportunities, run discoveries to understand the problems, craft elegant solutions, and facilitate an iterative approach to delivery to achieve the right outcome. You’ll leverage your data-driven and innovative mindset to push the boundaries and revolutionize healthcare. 

The Supply & Scheduling team is responsible for the core engine that enables Babylon’s appointment booking. They empower operations teams in the US, UK, Canada, and Asia to manage the supply of different providers based on the expected demand and predicted expertise needed. The scheduling of over a thousand providers is managed through this product. This team is central to our product strategy and over the next 12 months we hope to evolve the forecasting to tackle complexities with optimising costs and utilisation with provider availability, whilst scaling the clinical service to more countries and members. A key strategic focus for this team is to design how we can optimize supply management for continuity of care for members and better matching of providers to specific member needs

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Own the product lifecycle for your product, from vision to execution - maintaining alignment to the overall product vision and strategy
• Understand the market and how your product fits in our Go-To-Market strategy - ensuring our product drives our growth ambitions
• Be the company’s resident expert in our users and their needs - developing empathy and validating their needs through continuous user research
• Shape your product roadmap to deliver on objectives and key results - prioritising the opportunities which will have the biggest impact on these outcomes
• Design and lead product discovery - utilizing a range of methods to uncover simple solutions to complex problems
• Collaborate with a cross functional team to build fast and iterate - creating a story map, grooming the backlog and identifying the thinnest slice to get live, followed by rapid iterations to deliver value
• Analyse data and run experiments - defining metrics, forming hypotheses and identifying the right tools to quickly test them out
• Continuously observe and help refine the team’s working practises to maximize team performance and focus

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You’re an experienced product manager who is adept at systems thinking and service design, has high business acumen, and can develop a deep understanding of how clinical operations works
• You think strategically while acting fast on tactical execution - and your collaboration and leadership skills are second nature to you
• Your ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders and your exceptional communication skills will give you visibility across the company and contribute to company-wide understanding of the product value
• You have 4+ years of product management experience and a high level of emotional intelligence - enabling you to flex between collaborating, facilitating, influencing, and leading
• You’re data driven, have a bias toward action, and are comfortable making decisions in complex and ambiguous situations
