POSITION SUMMARY
AdAction is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Product Manager to drive our efforts in becoming an industry leader in the mobile app advertising space.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for nearly all aspects of product management; from ideation and strategic design to continuous product innovation efforts and evangelization.
They must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent communication and analytical skills. The Senior Product Manager will work with internal and external stakeholders including partner companies, executive teams, Fortune 500 brands, product users, engineers, designers, project managers, and marketing teams to bring the product to life.
This person will be a recognized thought leader, with a strong ability to influence others, engage stakeholders, and drive business and technical decisions. Are you interested in driving innovation in a fast-paced energetic industry?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, design and execute product initiative plans to meet customer/user needs: product vision, roadmap, and requirements documentation
- Own the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs throughout the product life cycle
- Establish product goals and metrics to identify delivered success
- Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders through customer meetings, usage data, and sales feedback
- Conduct competitive research for new and existing product initiatives
- Oversee the execution of product features by third party engineer teams
- Be a product evangelist; work with stakeholders to develop and execute Go-To-Market plans, which drive adoption of new products, product features, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce marketing collateral
- Manages all stakeholder expectations through project kickoffs, status meetings and change of scope documentation
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product management in a fast-paced environment; preferably with an Ad-Tech, digital media, tech, or marketing agency background
- Strong technical and business acumen
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for understanding customers and their behavior
- Adept analytical skills with a proven ability to identify and solve complex ambiguous problems
- Quick decision maker - ability to demonstrate bias for action under tight timing and pressure among peers and colleagues.
- Ability to manage the needs of multiple internal stakeholders
- Excellent quantitative data analysis and critical-thinking skills
- Bachelor's Degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the Mobile App Advertising Industry
- Experience managing the Full Stack development; SDK experience, mobile in-app video advertising
- Prior experience managing direct reports
Annual Salary Range: $135,000 - $175,000 *
*Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
