Reibus is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who will take a key role on our Tech Team. You will know the product better than anybody. You will work closely with design to create the right experience for our customers. You will work closely with customers, both internal and external, to create and prioritize features for the engineering team. This role is for the Senior Product Manager that not only wants to ensure the Reibus mobile application but also create their own path to success!

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Lead an engineering and design team to execute the roadmap for your product and work with key cross-functional teammates to collect market & customer inputs to make evidence-based decisions and to provide outputs that impact the business at large.
  • Define what success looks like – work in an integral partnership with product design, engineering and other partner teams, in reaching goals and delivering both business impact and customer value.
  • Execute on product efforts expertly – write user stories, requirements and specifications, manage project execution, data & feature validation; manage JIRA tickets, plan sprints, and assess team efficiencies and overall development velocity; manage projects with partners and strategic customers, identifying specific product needs and ensuring adoption.
  • Be ahead of the curve – develop and maintain a continual understanding of competitors in the market and identify where Reibus can innovate & pull ahead.
  • Own rollout of products/new features to customers and the market.

IDEAL BACKGROUND

  • 5+ years experience with product management
  • Naturally curious and committed to understanding user problems in the industrial materials domain. However, you do not need to have any domain experience -- we have plenty of subject matter experts.
  • Experience setting direction of a product or a group of features.
  • A deep experience conceiving, building, and shipping successful software products and features in an agile development organization.
  • The ability to think big and small. You are comfortable discussing strategy and long-term vision with executives, but also able to dive into the details designing a particular interaction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication at every level.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of building strong relationships with all stakeholders and managing by influence. 
  • Experience in defining and driving a cross-functional project from concept to completion.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Location

Our Austin team works a hybrid, flexible schedule. The office is in North Central Austin, just 5 minutes south of the Domain.
