HotSchedules is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for managing products within our SaaS portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy, vision and definition of products that delight our customers. Create new business opportunities for HotSchedules with these products.

Hear the voice of our customers and gather product requirements from across the HotSchedules community. Understand and enhance the user experience of our product through data-driven decisions on a roadmap.

Collaborate with a cross functional team that will deliver requirements, use cases, specifications, wireframes and UI mocks. Work closely with development and QA teams in multiple geographic locations in a collaborative and iterative process to launch projects on a timely basis.

Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to achieve the business targets associated with your products.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years product management experience with web based projects and team management in SaaS and software companies.

Ability to lead with an enthusiastic, high-energy and motivating approach, who is visibly passionate and is capable of inspiring and motivating a fast growing team.

Full product life cycle management experience, including user acceptance testing, launch and end of life processes. Demonstrate successful delivery of multiple product cycles.

Comfortable presenting to large internal groups and C-level executives. Must be entrepreneurial and have excellent communication skills up and down the organization.

Solution and team oriented while demonstrating the ability to work independently.

Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.

Understanding of the restaurant or services industry a plus.
