Nearly 100 Brands, media, and sports organizations around the world use MVPindex as the standard for benchmarking sponsorship performance, understanding audiences, and deciding where and how to campaigns.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will help reshape the way sponsorship marketing is measured, valued and reported to our customers. You should be able to communicate a product vision, align product priorities to core business objectives, and formulate and execute a product plan. You should be strategic, but assess the market and make business decisions to keep the roadmap on track.

You will partner with the Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Engineering teams to define specifications, requirements, and acceptance criteria for the core reporting product. Many team members are remote, so flexibility and organizational skills are a must.

You must be self-motivated, a strong communicator and possess a strong data-driven mindset with direct experience working on B2B products.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute on a roadmap and vision for the MVP reporting product 
  • Manage, document, and prioritize a product backlog by working with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals
  • Be a subject matter expert on the product, user experience, and industry trends in sponsorship and media measurement
  • Work closely with customers, stakeholders, design, and engineering teams to build prototypes, get feedback, and refine requirements and user stories
  • Have the technical fluency to define epics, user stories, and detailed requirements to engineering teams
  • Build shared vision across the company by working cross department to educate new product features and developments
  • Prioritize data and analytics tracking to optimize product and design development, team goal execution, and business ROI
  • Clearly communicate product vision and benefits to our users and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product ownership and agile team processes
  • Some (5-10%) travel may be required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in building software products as a product manager or product owner
  • Proven ability to write detailed and technical product requirements and user stories
  • Experience using KPI’s to track adoption, backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, and task definition
  • Experience using complex data to solve business problems
  • Experience as a product manager working with different client verticals
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and risks, and solve problems with creativity and grit

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Built consumer or enterprise software features
  • Experience in the sports and entertainment sponsorship industry
  • Experience with RESTful APIs
  • Created data visualizations applications such as Domo, Tableau, or Kibana
  • Worked with remote or offshore engineering teams
  • BA/BS
