As a Senior Product Manager you are focused on overseeing our Engagement Center and Content Management System product teams. You are a highly self-motivated individual, with Salesforce CRM expertise, who can drive cross-functional teams of senior leaders and individual contributors throughout the organization.

What you will do:

  • While working in an agile environment, help lead and define product strategy and vision, delivering high impact products
  • Understand market needs, customer pain points and competitive landscape
  • Develop detailed product requirements for the technical team
  • Work with marketing, sales and support to drive product line success
  • Develop user stories and workflows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients
  • Collaborate with developers to verify and signoff on requirements
  • Configure Salesforce systems using declarative functionality and framework

What you will bring:

  • BS/BA in Information Systems or healthcare related field
  • 5 – 7 years of product management experience in a healthcare/IT company with exposure to hospital environment and workflows
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce CRM products to develop business solutions, advanced configurations, security and permissions, data migration and data model
  • Experience with Salesforce Healthcloud AWS, and .Net preferred as well as familiarity with Lightning components design considerations
  • Experience with CrownPeak or other Content Management systems preferred
  • Salesforce certification of Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or One Consulting Cloud Certification required
  • Prior experience in hospital/enterprise healthcare IT environment and/or consumer marketing
  • Understanding of healthcare data sets, standards and their applications (claims, clinical, HL7, FHIR, etc.)
  • Ability to lead product discovery work as well as to boil down market findings into new product/enhancement ideas
  • Prior experience with call center technologies especially in Healthcare and Client Facing/Consulting/Sales Support experience is a plus
