Levelset is hiring a product manager who will be instrumental in guiding the design, development, and product strategy of our core product.

This role can be based in either New Orleans, LA or Austin, TX.
- Own, manage, and execute Levelset’s customer integration roadmap
- Write specs and user stories, create wireframes, prototypes, test plans, release checklists. Communicate functionality and incorporate feedback. Rinse and repeat.
- Pull forward the user experience of existing integrations
- Identify, build, and launch new integrations that drive revenue growth and retention
- Manage the daily workflow with a team of engineers and designers. Do whatever your team needs to help them keep moving and ensure high-quality releases.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to validate customer-centric solutions prior to development
- Rely on customer feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence to build customer-driven products and enhancements
- Partner with Levelset engineering to identify the most efficient engineering paths, and work with engineering to extend the Levelset API to support new integration use cases
- Work with Sales, Growth, and Training and Onboarding teams throughout deal processes to help customers understand how Levelset fits into AR process
- Serve as a subject matter expert to Levelsetters on integration functionality
- Ensure we ship well-crafted products at a fast pace.
What You Bring
- Product management experience on a SaaS product (B2B preferred).
- Proven history of shipping and managing products with cross-functional teams.
- Experience providing customer behavior insights in a data-driven environment.
- Experience using software to extract, analyze, organize and communicate data to support and drive decision making.
- Previous experience shipping and iterating on successful products.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Strong user experience design sensibilities and a passion for making the lives of our users easier.
- Technical abilities (HTML/CSS/PHP/SQL/APIs) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, communicating across multiple time zones
