Dealerware’s team is currently hiring a Sr. Product Manager to work closely with a team of designers, researchers, data scientists, and engineers. This individual should demonstrate a record of solving complex business problems, collaborating within and across teams, and contributing to make their teams stronger and more effective.
What You’ll Do:
● Identify product opportunities to solve important customer problems and drive ideation and planning with your team to validate solutions in an agile environment
● Act as the voice of the customer by collecting and synthesizing user feedback
● Collaborate with design and engineering teams during product discovery actives such as A/B prototype testing customer interviews, usability testing, etc.
● Serve as a business advisor for our fleet management product and drive recommendations for the product lifecycle and planning processes
● Own the ideation and planning within your team’s theme to define business problems and test/validate solutions
● Be a user story expert – deliver stories that accurately define the work and how objectives will be achieved, as well as serve as a model for teams
● Own the negotiation and trade-off process to produce a refined backlog that aligns your team’s work to specific business outcomes
● Serve as a subject matter expert and product spokesperson for your part of the product portfolio
● Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new features and product initiatives
● Effectively use data and analytics to evolve and inform the direction of product development
● Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to the team on strategy
About You:

● You’re no stranger to fast-paced environments and agile development methodologies
● You have experience in driving “build vs buy” decisions
● You respect and value your peers and cross-functional stakeholders and understand the power of working with a motivated product team
Required Qualifications:
We don’t expect this person to be an expert in everything, but you should have the following abilities/attributes:
● 3-5 years of product management experience
● Experience with SaaS software development best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
● Passionate about fleet management, mobility, and/or personal transportation
● Skilled at identifying strategic opportunities and defining and prioritizing them for your team
● Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and management
Even better if you have:
● Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field
● Experience in Product Management in a B2B SaaS company
● Strong background in qualitative and quantitative user research and testing
● Experience within the accounting, billing, or payment provider space
● Proven application of user testing and prototyping
