ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a fully remote role. At BlueVine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment.  All of our offices will reopen in accordance with local guidelines, and will follow a hybrid model.

Summary Objective

We are growing and we are growing fast. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and dedicated person to join BlueVine’s  Product Management team and help us launch exciting new features and products that drive real value for our customers. 

The next phase of BlueVine’s growth will be driven in part by offering new and innovative credit card products to help our clients manage their cash flow. The Sr. Product Manager will ensure that our credit card product, program, and user experience are aligned to the needs of our small business customers.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our chosen network, processor, and bank partner to drive program level configuration that aligns to the needs of BlueVIne’s business, clients, and partners
  • Extend and build our next-generation platform to support credit cards
  • Drive roadmap and strategy for how we will evolve our credit card offering
  • Write the business and technical specifications for owned features
  • Collaborate with the design team to create prototypes and user interface mockups illustrating user experience and product flows
  • Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the development process to deliver new features
  • Prioritize features and develop appropriate phasing and roll-out plans
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure our products address all business and compliance needs
  • Establish OKRs, drive and measure success for the feature/ product post roll-out

Required Experience and Education

  • 6+ years experience as a Product Manager in the consumer or SMB space 
  • Experience working on fintech desired; experience with credit card products a plus
  • A self-starter with a bias to action, who is able to move projects forward and lead a cross-functional team towards product solutions
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including demonstrated ability to use data analysis in improving the product and customer experience. 
  • Experience managing complex projects with limited resources and competing priorities
  • BS in computer science, engineering or a related technical field
  • MBA is a plus
