Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management - UDS, this Senior Director of Product Management is responsible for leading product management for our Behavior Analytics portfolio, from market analysis, product roadmap creation and management, pricing, to product lifecycle.
Behavior Analytics, including User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA), is a critical growth product for Forcepoint, and also provides key capabilities to other products through integrated solutions. The Behavior Analytics market is relatively new, creating significant opportunities for the new PM lead to grow the product family and business.
We are looking for a leader with strong knowledge of software and cybersecurity product management, specific experience in analytics, and the skills to drive a significant and accurate product roadmap. The successful candidate will work well within the UEBA and extended Forcepoint team, support customers and enable sales teams, and add value beyond the primary product family through knowledgeable input across the portfolio.
Essential Functions
Market and Product Strategy
Drive innovation within our products, in partnership with engineering peers
Monitor product and business performance, and take action as needed to drive business metrics
Work with Product Marketing to define and execute a winning Go-To-Market plan
Build and execute with highly functional Product Management teams
Create recommended growth paths – Build / Buy / Partner – for our markets
Education and Experience
6+ Years in Senior Level Product Management roles
Strong expertise in software product management, ideally in cybersecurity, and analytics
Significant people management experience
Understanding of working with Engineering teams utilizing Agile development methodology
Soft Skills
Ability to communicate complex strategies simply for an executive & sales audience
Ability to work across disciplines to partner with other groups to lead the business to success
Strong public speaking skills
Ability to execute complex projects in large organization
