The Knowledge & Diagnostic domain is responsible for leveraging ‘state-of-the-art’ Medical AI to power our products and services. The Product Manager in this team will lead the integration of clinical & epidemiological modelling and our latest AI research to transform the performance and appropriateness of our diagnostic products, including the Babylon Symptom Checker. 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Lead the discovery and experimentation that integrates clinical knowledge and AI research into our self-care and diagnostic products, namely the Babylon Symptom Checker.
• Partner with Clinicians, Epidemiologists, Data-Scientists and Engineers to drive ‘state-of-the-art’ intelligence into our healthcare offering.
• Own, define, and execute the product vision, strategy, KPIs and roadmap for your domain, with a focus on delivering innovation to our members.
• Work with your team to make formative decisions on what needs to be built, and how we should prioritize investments.
• Enable go to market activities by providing actionable and compelling product marketing materials.
• Continually assess the Safety and Appropriateness of our diagnostic products and target remediation where necessary.

WHO YOU ARE

• +5 years of experience in a Product Management role delivering global solutions or equivalent experience in Epidemiology or Digital Health.
• +3 years of experience developing/launching research-driven Digital Healthcare products.
• Experience building 0-1 products, scaling and monetizing usage.
• Track record of rolling up your sleeves and delivering results in complex cross functional initiatives.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to anticipate needs and take required action.
• Great analytical and quantitative skills to prove or disprove hypotheses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an appetite for feedback and constructive criticism.
• Natural ability to become a subject matter authority and ‘go-to’ person for your product area. 

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Epidemiology or Clinical related field.
• Alternatively, Bachelor's degree Computer Science related field.
• Experience building AI powered products.
• Experience building and deploying software products within the healthcare industry.
• Experience launching products in highly regulated markets.
• Experience building Medically approved Software Devices an advantage
