VP Product Commercialization

What You’ll Do
Iodine is looking to add a Vice President of Product Commercialization to the team. Reporting directly to our Chief Product & Technology Officer, we will look to our VP of Product Commercialization to focus on and lead the following:
Product GTM Framework:
- Deliver a GTM plan for existing and new solutions, ensuring alignment and readiness to support product portfolio.
- Lead new product launch strategy, ensuring that all internal teams understand how to position, sell and support the product offering, and tracking key metrics post-launch that provide transparency about the success of the launch.
- Develop pricing and packaging of products and functionality to drive deeper product adoption and penetration.
- Post-M&A Integration:
- Develop strategic Rules of Engagement for GTM with broader set of solutions post-acquisition, evaluating market perceptions and dynamics to ensure best product packages are out in the marketplace.
Competitive Intelligence:
- Create a framework and forum to gather and distribute actionable competitive intelligence in a timely manner that is aligned to internal stakeholder needs, from product to sales and revenue marketing.
- In in addition to the above, our VP of Product Commercialization will also be responsible for:
- Lead the launch of new products and releases and ensure operational readiness across all stakeholders. Ensure KPIs and metrics for success are documented and monitored
- Lead segmentation efforts to evaluate TAM, SAM and SOM for new products or to assist in cross-sell/upsell of existing products into new market segments
- Lead “voice of the customer” research to validate pain points and fuel future product enhancements and/or new product concepts
- Partner with the client training teams to ensure deliver training on both new and existing products and markets
- Develop buyer and end user personas So that effective value based messaging can be developed for each of the personas
- Own the Win/Loss analysis
- Develop a repository of customer testimonials, case studies and reference customers across all products
What You’ll Need
Minimum Requirements (Education, certifications and experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Marketing, Product Commercialization or Product marketing
- Experience bringing new products to market
- Experience in developing compelling ROI
- Experience in building and scaling the Strategic Marketing and Commercialization function from scratch
- Experience in Healthcare IT and Revenue Cycle Management solutions
- Excellent quantitative/analytical skills
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Pragmatic Marketing training preferred
