About the Position

We are seeking a Web / Digital Producer to use your experience to keep projects running smoothly, help monitor web page performance, and identify opportunities to improve processes.

This role will report to Rev’s Director of Web Strategy. As a member of the team, you will be responsible to act as the day-to-day liaison between teams within and outside of the Marketing team for many types of web initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Manage digital projects from start to finish (i.e. a/b tests, landing page revamps, new and improved web functionality, content edits to web pages)
  • Build and maintain timelines for all projects you manage, making sure milestones are hit, and adjusting schedules accordingly when/if delays occur
  • Bring together multiple components of a project that is destined for the website and work between teams such as Product Marketing, Content, Creative, and Dev
  • Refining and scoping JIRA tickets in collaboration with Eng and Product teams
  • Compose and build low-code or no-code pages in WordPress and/or Pardot
  • Working with agency partners on larger scale projects where you may be guiding, giving direction, and/or feedback


Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in a web project management, web producer, or digital producer role
  • Experience working with a variety of CMS solutions such as Webflow, WordPress, Contentful, Pardot
  • Experience working with technical SEO teams and knowledge of SEO performance and page speed requirements
  • Comfortable measuring website performance and making performance improvements recommendations
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, Javascript, PHP, Plugin Development, Git
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Storybook, and other creative tools
  • Experience with online analytics gathering tools, including Google Analytics, Segment, HotJar
