HCSS, a 16-time "Best Company to Work For in Texas" software company in Sugar Land is searching for a Product Analyst Intern to join our Product Team! This is a PAID internship where you will gain in-depth skills in our tech stack that will take you further to success. You will make an impact by contributing to our product teams to deliver high-quality software applications to our customers.

- You're currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and able to commute to our office during your internship.

- You're detail-oriented, a problem solver, and a logical thinker.
What will you be doing?
- Engage with new customers as they get more familiar with our software and help articulate how we can solve their business pain points
- Manage multiple implementation projects tied to customers' success from start to finish
- Create and update the project team's SOP documents on processes and procedures
- Collaborate with team members from multiple departments (ex: Sales, Support, Development, etc.) to manage the overall scope of each project
- Handle a high volume of projects with a short turnaround (90 days) while continuously providing excellent customer service
- Work with Project Management team to implement tools and techniques that solve common business problems and improve the organization's process
Here's what to expect:
- This internship is semester-based and we'll work around your school schedule. For the Summer Break, you can work up to 40 hours a week. During the Fall/Spring semesters, you can work up to 25 hours a week.
- Training and mentoring will be provided and you'll receive feedback on your performance regularly. You'll have numerous opportunities to continuously grow your knowledge base.
