Job Description:

At Pluralsight, we’re on a mission to advance the world’s tech workforce. As a Project Manager on our ProServ Instructor-Led Training (ILT) team, you’ll bring that mission to life—supporting the seamless delivery of learning experiences that help our customers skill up their teams and achieve real business outcomes.

You’ll partner closely with our ILT Account Executives to deliver projects that range from one-off courses to multi-week developer academies. These programs blend instructor-led sessions, labs, self-paced learning, and projects to create a powerful, hands-on experience for learners. You’ll guide every step of the process—from kickoff to delivery—ensuring each engagement runs smoothly, meets our high standards, and delights our customers.

Who you’re committed to being:

  • A trusted partner who builds confidence and connection with clients, instructors, and internal teams alike.

  • A strong communicator who thrives in a customer-facing role, making complex processes feel simple and supported.

  • Someone who brings structure and calm to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • A collaborator who’s eager to learn and grow, with a curiosity about how people and technology intersect.

  • A detail-oriented problem solver who loves to make things run better—for our clients, our learners, and our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the full delivery of instructor-led and blended learning programs—from kickoff through completion—ensuring a high-quality experience for every customer.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project delivery, managing weekly check-ins, training plans, and quarterly reviews.

  • Partner with Account Executives early in the sales process to scope new engagements, identify needs, and confirm resources.

  • Coordinate with instructors, content developers, and internal operations teams to align course materials, technology requirements, and schedules.

  • Manage logistics for both virtual and in-person deliveries, including setting up environments, labs, and cloud-based solutions.

  • Track and manage key delivery metrics including project budgets, profitability, and evaluation scores.

  • Facilitate retrospectives and contribute to ongoing process improvements that make our delivery operations more scalable and effective.

  • Balance multiple projects at once—from one-day webinars to 16-week academies—while maintaining excellent communication and consistency.

  • Support long-term client success by planning ongoing training engagements and maintaining strong relationships over time.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • A background in project or program management, with a focus on customer-facing work.

  • Experience organizing multiple moving parts, keeping timelines on track, and communicating across teams.

  • Confidence facilitating meetings, navigating challenges, and creating alignment among diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to make both clients and teammates feel heard and supported.

  • Experience in L&D, tech, or edtech environments is great—but not required.

  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow through our robust onboarding and training process.

  • Comfort working remotely with global teams and customers across multiple time zones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years professional experience in project/program management

  • 4+ years customer engagement or customer success experience

  • Experience in project/program management

  • Ability to organize workload, and the capacity to progress a range of tasks and projects at one time

  • Experience with facilitation and conflict resolution

  • Ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Why you’ll love working here:

  • We’re a blended workplace, where team members work remotely or in a hybrid setup depending on their role and location

  • We’re mission driven and guided by our culture pillars

  • We have a strong commitment to diversity and belonging

  • We cultivate a culture of trust, autonomy, and collaboration

  • We’re lifelong learners and champion team member growth and advancement

  • We’ve got you covered - team member benefits include competitive compensation packages, medical coverage, unlimited PTO, wellness reimbursements, Pluralsight subscription, professional development funds and more.
