We’re looking for a Account Manager to be the single point of contact for a large book of Darwin’s highly-valued property owner accounts. Owner support, retention, and growth will be your responsibility.
A strong Account Manager is a high-bandwidth individual who can manage a large book of owner accounts and work cross-functionally to deliver results.
What you’ll do
Help drive owner retention by delivering best-in-class account management and support.
Work cross-functionally with the maintenance team and leasing teams to ensure the property owner is always informed.
Leverage Darwin products and internal tools to drive positive outcomes for our owners.
Highly organized and efficient - you can prioritize what’s most important and why.
Strong communicator - you’ll need to manage both internal and external relationships, often overcoming objections.
Motivated self-starter - you are comfortable structuring your own time and working independently.

What you need
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Expert communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable interpreting and deriving insights from data
Knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Excel
Thrive in a fast-changing start-up environment
Nice to have
Experience in early state technology company
