We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join the Digital Experience team within Creative, which is building user experiences and tools that support the digital marketing team. As our project manager, you will be a driving force to keep our team, stakeholders, and projects on track. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the entire process-scoping work, developing project plans, assigning resources, and handling delivery, QA and launch.

This role will be responsible for the scheduling and workflow of projects and campaigns across the Digital team, maintaining our public websites across WP Engine. You'll help drive the process across planning, direction, and coordination of project timelines and achieving results for multiple projects simultaneously, from conception through completion. As Agile Project Manager, you'll be working across departments, leading kickoff meetings, measuring progress, and making sure we stay within budget as it relates to time, scope, and resources.
This position will work closely with the Lead Program Manager, other project managers, team leads, and key business partners in other departments.
The day to day.
As the first touchpoint for projects, you'll clarify all requirements, collect all the necessary details and information, coordinate team assignments, schedule and lead our workflows to ensure final projects are delivered successfully and right on schedule. In this position, you will also facilitate communication and collaboration with teams outside of marketing. This can include system administrators, software engineers, business partners, and other key players to support the design, development and deploy process.

• Manage and own digital project schedules, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed.
• Represent project status, issues and risks effectively with senior leadership using a high degree of professional confidence and credibility
• Prepare for and lead scrum meetings, demonstrations, retrospectives, and project planning sessions
• Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, solicit and act on client feedback and provide solutions
• Demonstrate solid leadership, confidence, and teamwork, with logical decision-making skills while maintaining an open mind to new ideas and processes
• Organize action items and client feedback to manage the iteration process
• Proactively anticipate potential issues and mitigate risks to enable on-time delivery with expected scope/quality
• Understand project goals and expectations to assess the impact of overall release management strategies

Your skills and expertise.

• 3+ years proven success in project management in agency, in-house digital marketing team or related experience.
• Experience leading teams in alignment with the Agile methodology, particularly using the Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Program Increment (PI) Planning experience and Agile project management certifications a plus.
• Desire to work with the project management team to iteratively evolve the principles and processes by which our teams and stakeholders collaborate and deliver value.
• Ability to break down projects into technical deliverables and partner with Design and Development team leads to distribute the work within the team.
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and solve critical challenges in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Robust communication skills with business partners and individual contributors with the personality to lead negotiations between diverse project partners.
• Passionate about creating an environment where people can thrive and have fun, while getting stuff done!
• Skilled at initiating and organizing new projects/programs with little guidance or supervision.
• Model a growth mindset, both seeking and promoting opportunities for feedback, learning and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills:

• Sophisticated level experience with Jira and Confluence
• WordPress, Hosting platform experience a plus
