The Khoros engagement platform comprises Online Community, Social Media Management and Messaging products for social customer service, social support and social media marketing teams to listen, respond and act on customer conversations – creating deep relationships and fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.

As an Associate Project Manager at Khoros, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our customers’ projects. Do you enjoy working with customers to bring their vision to life? Are you organized, articulate, and detailed oriented? Can you manage multiple accounts and projects while providing valuable support to our senior Project Management staff? If so, then we’ve got the dream job for you! We are seeking an individual who will fulfill two important responsibilities on our team: 1) manage and oversee a collection of small projects from initiation through closure, and 2) assist senior project managers with organizing and controlling project activities on larger project engagements. Additionally, you will be responsible for following and improving our implementation methodology to ensure customer satisfaction.  

Some Responsibilities Include:

• Completing projects on time and on budget while delighting our customers
• Managing a number of software deployment projects for our customers
• Coordinating and managing internal and external resources, both technical (consultants, production operations) and non-technical (best practice experts, user interface consultants, designers)
• Working with customers on the definition and execution of their overall project plans
• Managing the client relationship and setting customer expectations during project implementations
• Following Khoros Project Implementation Methodology and PMO Guidance
• Contributing to constant improvement of Khoros project management practices

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Outstanding oral and written communication
• Super organized and detail oriented
• Ability to independently manage (and context switch) between 12-15 limited scope engagements for customers 
• Hands-on project management experience or demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects / engagements simultaneously
• Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong flair for technology and technology solutions
• Willingness to travel (5% to 10%)
• Mastery of the English language (written and spoken)

Nice To Haves:

• Experience with SmartSheet, Salesforce, Google Apps
• Experience with Saas-based social customer experience platforms
• Moderation and/or Management of online communities
• Additional languages
