Brand Project Manager
Favor Delivery is seeking a brand programs & project manager to join our Brand team. As a Brand Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the organization and execution of a wide range of brand programs that span teams across the company, including content, social media, public relations, creative, sales, and operations. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker who can easily shift between detailed-oriented logistics to visual projects that require a keen, creative eye (yes, a rare combination).
You will report to Favor’s Director of Brand, managing and executing projects ranging from marketing campaigns to evergreen programs and retail facilities. You’ll not only be responsible for the coordination of resources but also expected to provide ideas, solutions and hands on execution.
Responsibilities
- Support brand initiatives across Favor’s existing and emerging markets through the coordination of multi-faceted projects (ranging from real world marketing, to digital campaigns, to facilities-related)
- Oversee procurement and distribution of promotional materials across merchants, Runners and customers
- Manage, iterate and expand both one-off projects, such as campaigns, and evergreen programs, such as merchant products and Runner clubhouses
- Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to assist in the creation and execution of brand and marketing programs
- Help plan, facilitate and execute events and real world activities for multiple audiences
- Help identify, evaluate, and develop marketing initiatives, including brand partnerships, sponsorships, and brand ambassador / campus rep programs
- Manage project-based budgets, expenses and reporting
Is It You We're Looking For?
- 3-4 years of experience in a project management role at a creative agency or an in-house brand team
- Experience in planning, producing, and developing digital, print, real world and other program oriented initiatives
- A visual and creative mindset and approach
- Comfortable with travel, as needed, throughout the state of Texas
- Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal error
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Experience managing expectations for multiple stakeholders ranging from C-level executives, directors to executing team members
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work well in teams and receive professional feedback
- Experience in fostering cross-functional working relationships in matrixed organizationsIntense curiosity and creativity across multiple mediums
- Willing and flexible to navigate between analytical and creative projects
- Able to work within brand guidelines while also pushing the boundaries
- A passion for reading up and staying current with trends
Special Sauce but Not Required
- Experience in a high growth creative agency or similar
- A background working with physical brand representations, such as retail stores
- Experience with events and event execution
- Industry experience in building and maintaining brand partnerships
