Forcepoint’s Technical Learning Services team focuses enabling customers, partners, and internal resources that sell and support Forcepoint’s on-prem and hyper-converged cyber security platform products. The purpose of such enablement is to create hyper-competent people, able to leverage Forcepoint’s products to free the good, while stopping the bad; implementing Forcepoint’s Human Point System.

We are seeking someone who is an experienced technical trainer to deliver courses in multiple modes on our cyber security products, with an ideal candidate having experience with industry CASB products, and especially Forcepoint CASB. This person will also deliver training on other products in Forcepoint’s emerging technologies (for example UEBA, DDP, and some under development). You person must like engaging with student, teaching through questions (a Socratic method), be willing to travel for physical classroom Instructor Led Training (ILT) as well as being able to engage students when doing virtual deliveries (virtual ILTs - vILT) and participate in developing e-Learning content. You will collaborate with Forcepoint training developers to help develop the training content as well as deliver it.

Who You Are

• Passionate about and excellent at enabling learning in your students to enable them in their jobs
• Able to teach through questions (not bore through lecture) in a Socratic method
• Lead students through walk-through exercises (not demonstrations) for hands-on experience, whether delivering in person or virtually

• Driven to stay abreast of current technology, especially cyber security technology and cloud technologies

• Well versed with virtualization technologies for compute and networking especially SDDC and SDN

• Able to create, update and troubleshoot complex virtual lab environments

• Enthusiastic about contributing to the design, creation, and maintenance of the technical training materials in a SaaS environment

Required / Desired Experience

• Bachelor Degree in English, Technical Education or technical disciplines (computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics) or equivalent experience – Required
• Seasoned in CASB concepts, CASB work and CASB toolsets – Required
• Experience with Forcepoint CASB product - Desired
• Solid understanding of virtualization including one or more of the following: Compute, Network, Storage, End-point, Application – Required
• 4+ years working experience with proxy server management, firewall management, SSL/IPSec, security incident and event management (SIEM), data protection (DLP, encryption), user account management (SSO, SAML), and password/key management - Required
• 4+ years working experience with different Cloud platforms (Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)) and environments (Public, Private, Hybrid) – Required
• 4+ years working experience with Cloud service provider technologies e. g., Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Required
• Technical Training certification or equivalent, with 5+ years training experience – Required
• CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, SSCP etc. or equivalent experience – Desired
• Experience using REST clients to use / demonstrate use of REST APIs – Desired
• Experience with a scripting language: Bash, Python, PowerShell – Desired
• Excellent command of US English – Required
• Fluency in other languages - Desired
