Magento’s global Customer Success Group (CSG) is growing and looking for a Cloud Onboarding Strategist to focus on the success of our Cloud customers through smooth onboarding and adoption. This new position will foster a new era of the Cloud onboarding journey, establishing an amazing experience for Cloud customers, and set them on a path for success with Magento.

Our new Cloud Onboarding Strategist is semi-technical Commerce expert with project management experience who can support individual customers during initial stages with Magento and identify improvement opportunities across all Cloud implementations.

What you’ll do

  • Utilize a dedicated approach to customer onboarding creating a consistent experience that drives exceptional customer experiences and successful outcomes
  • Define and build processes and content to assist customers at scale
  • Provide customers guidance to facilitate successful implementations
  • Review existing implementation plans, provide guidance / suggestions based on standard methodologies and known pitfalls; may include but not limited to review of project scope, phases, design, extensions, etc.
  • Setup accounts on Magento’s internal systems following a standard approach
  • Transition customers to internal Magento resources for project execution and delivery
  • Help Magento's Customer Success team maintain a high level of adoption and customer happiness

What you are good at:

  • Building relationships quickly with both customers and internal partners
  • Advising customers with confidence on technical and non-technical aspects of commerce and development by giving direction or redirecting when necessary
  • Being adaptive, learning quickly, paying attention to the details
  • Raising customer-centric ideas to inspire changes across all teams involved with Cloud customer onboarding

What you need:

  • 4+ years of commerce, software development, project management, or consulting experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • 2+ years’ experience working with Mid-Market and SMB clients in a technical capacity
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent client-facing presentation skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Customer Success and other cross-functional teams
