About the Role
Cloudflare is looking for a Brand Design Manager to lead the Brand Identity & Design System team. The team consists of visual designers focused on supporting design systems, product marketing, Brand & Demand Gen campaigns, Web & UX, creative operations, video, animation, and so much more. We believe in working hard, creating high quality creative work and most importantly: having fun along the way. We work on a wide range of interesting & impactful projects including: a current brand refresh, brand advertising campaigns (digital and out of home), videos & motion graphics, event + trade show creative, corporate events, global office creative, interactive design (corporate website, digital campaigns), and more.

What we’re looking for
We are seeking a Creative project manager to help plan and organize Cloudflare’s global campaigns, product launches, UX projects, and events. You are excited to work with partners across the company to build an environment that fosters strategic design thinking to create a cohesive and consistent Cloudflare brand experience. In this role you will serve as the liaison between the Brand Design Team and internal stakeholders to establish expectations as well as monitoring project timelines, workloads, and project objectives to ensure that they all stay on track.
You will
- Own the Merch/Swag purchasing pipeline of all global campaign initiatives, including but not limited to all brand, demand generation, and internal campaigns.
- Manage the delivery of internal projects for the Brand Design team.
- Manage the delivery of design projects with external vendors and agencies.
- Work alongside Cloudflare’s Creative Operations Manager to assist with the streamlining of Brand Design policies, tools, and processes.
- Partner with internal teams to establish timelines and workback schedules for large marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to process and documentation that helps the design team grow our skills and scale our practice
- Serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive internal enablement and positive awareness of design trends, brand standards and processes, through a design culture of open collaboration, accessibility, and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in creative critique meetings that result in high-quality outputs across the entire brand design team.
- Uphold the bar for high quality, insightful, and differentiating design work.
You have
- 3-5 years experience in project management for an agency or in-house design team, with a preferable focus on campaigns and events, for global markets at a tech, product-driven company; an added bonus if your experience has been on an enterprise or B2B focused marketing team.
- Experience working with external agencies, and keeping large-scale projects on track.
- Use the tools of the trade to share feedback, and ensure work is on track (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Suite, Asana, Jira).
- PMP certification or related experience.
