WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Customer Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving growth in a new and exciting segment of our business. You will be responsible for overseeing the fulfillment of Qualia’s newest product, Qualia Access. As a Customer Fulfillment Specialist, you will be on-boarding new users onto the Access platform. You will ensure invited users are completing assigned tasks and leveraging relationships to gain referrals to drive new business.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Making outbound calls to real estate professionals to drive engagement on the Access platform
  • Onboard new participants to the Qualia Access platform
  • Act as the compliance specialist when documents are overdue
  • Analyze data and work with AM to ensure that fulfillment targets are met
  • Research contact information
  • Leverage relationships to create new business opportunities for the Qualia Platform sales team
  • Managing fulfillment status, data integrity, and opportunity creation in our CRM

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Strong passion for SaaS customers
  • High energy with hustling DNA
  • Superb organization skills and attention to detail
  • Coachable and eager to learn and improve based on constructive feedback
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, email and in-person
  • Competitive spirit, high energy, self-motivated team player
