WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As Qualia embarks on the next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced Diversity Recruiting Program Manager to build out and lead our diversity recruiting programs, and practices. The Diversity Recruiting Program Manager will help develop and implement our diversity recruiting strategy and help infuse diversity and inclusion into our recruiting pipelines and selection processes. This role will also equip the recruiting team with tools and resources for inclusive hiring. In addition this role will also identify and cultivate relationships with groups and organizations that will build Qualia’s employment brand in those groups and build accessible pathways to join Qualia. 

The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive, hands-on diversity recruiting leader - highly analytical, wildly creative, and a tremendous player-coach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess current recruiting activities and identify opportunities to improve the diversity of existing talent pipelines and look for opportunities to create new pathways for diverse talent to join Qualia
  • Work with the Head of Talent to identify key diversity recruiting metrics for the company at various stages of the recruitment life cycle and produce dashboards that track progress against established goals/OKR’s
  • Work with the recruiting team and business leaders to build and operationalize programs and activities that drive improvements in recruiting metrics
  • Build specific programs and actions to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract candidates from many backgrounds
  • Ensure that all recruiting programs support diversity and inclusion metrics 
  • Work closely with Qualia's HR team to ensure that external and internal programs and activities are coordinated 

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • Significant (4 years+) experience overseeing diversity recruiting programs at a high-growth company that has to compete hard for talent
  • Ability to take a longer-term strategic view but also operationally implement solutions that deliver on agreed metrics
  • Ability to lead and influence key stakeholder groups and the ability to represent the company at external and internal events and presentations
  • Analytical skills and intellectual curiosity to understand data in order to make recommendations and come up with solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with diverse groups while demonstrating a deep sense of empathy
  • Comfort with and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and ability to balance competing interests
  • Bachelor's degree
