The Job: This position is ideal for an enthusiastic, independent individual who enjoys engaging with clients and has a passion for service. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams, learn our training technology, and elevate the client experience. You should be a highly organized individual who proactively seeks innovative ways to delight our customers. You should possess strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as a proven ability to creatively solve problems and simultaneously manage multiple tasks. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required, and we’ll be excited if you have experience in a frontline customer-facing role (service or sales-related) and basic Salesforce knowledge.  

What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll play a pivotal role in our organization’s success by providing superb service to our training customers via phone, online chat, and email, by handling class enrollments, recommending training paths, scheduling classes and managing resource workload, and identifying ways to improve our overall customer experience. You'll use your exceptional troubleshooting skills to navigate issues with our training environments and identify new, more efficient ways to execute daily training tasks. We work in a supportive, collaborative atmosphere and are highly focused on the success of our clients.
