Enablement Creative Content Designer (Contractor)

Key Responsibilities
This role is central to the Sales Enablement team. You will collaborate with the enablement practitioners to develop and design content for programs such as bootcamps, onboarding, certifications, on-going training, enablement events, and other digital enablement content.

- You collaborate with VP and Directors of Sales to drive enablement programs impacting their business
- You are proficient in identifying and surface best practices from the field at scale
- You possess a deep understanding of teaming between sales and their counterparts within business development, solutions architect, and customer success roles
- You deliver regular dashboards and metrics showing impact and progression of enablement programs
What You'll Own
- Collaborate with sales enablement practitioners to design and create training materials and experiences, primarily in the form of live presentations, slides, videos, and digital/print.
- Determine how to accelerate desired behavior change in our audience and deliver information
- Advise and collaborate with enablement practitioners to develop content using your recommended media format and modality for content delivery
- Apply human-centered design and adult learning practices in your work
- Create visual assets and videos to break down complex narratives into simple, compelling stories
- Align with enablement practitioners to deliver against objectives
- Review and edit content to make sure it's accurate, relevant, and matches branding guidelines
- Ensure projects are high quality and completed on schedule
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects with design specifications and budget restrictions
- Exercise flexibility by working and designing with ambiguity
Experience You'll Need
- 3-5 years of experience with content development, preferably in a sales enablement or trainingenvironment
- Excellent writing and design skills, with the ability to structure content clearly
- Understanding of human-centered design principles
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software
- Excellent eye for detail
- A portfolio of work demonstrating your skills.
