The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Entry-Level Technical Program Manager to join our team that manages a small portfolio of solutions. In this role, you will assist with driving solutions and execution as we evolve our technical capabilities to create a competitive advantage in our marketplace. You will be asked to draw on and further develop your Agile knowledge to increase the effectiveness of existing solutions and help build new ones to drive scale and efficiency throughout the organization.

Working with our team requires a unique blend of organizational and technical skills demonstrated through the ability to understand technical and non-technical problems and aid the team with solving these or ask your leaders to help you with overcoming these challenges. You will partner with Senior Engineers and other Technical Program Managers to assist with forming technical requirements and guide engineering teams with building these solutions to speedup innovation and deliver value to our customers faster. Common responsibilities include: facilitating grooming sessions, communicating requirements with supporting teams, promoting agile practices and continuous improvement, monitoring progress by frequent interaction with respective team members, and collaborating with Engineering. From there; you will be empowered to design, implement, refine and deploy new platforms and features that our customers value.
