You can find our office between South First and South Congress, which means a breakfast taco is just a few steps away. But due to COVID-19, we are all working from home until further notice. Job interviews will have to be remote, but we do intend to go back to 'normal' eventually so we prefer someone located in the Austin area. So we guess you’ll have to get your breakfast taco to-go, or delivered.

What will you do?

• Provide production expertise and oversight throughout projects from concept development to execution.

• Ensure on-time delivery for all projects.

• Cultivate and maintain strong and fruitful relationships with clients.

• Guide other (freelance) producers, (freelance) creatives, and design and development to ensure high-quality work that meets or exceeds the client brief.

• Participate in business development activities, including writing proposals, developing scopes and estimates, and delivering pitches.

• Defining and document best practices and contributing to company-wide knowledge sharing efforts.

• Work with functional leads to develop scopes of work and pricing based on business and functional requirements.

• Develop, implement, and manage project plans.

• Allocate creatives, strategy, UX & UI designers, developers, and QA resources on projects.

• Communicate project status to teams and clients regularly.

• Partner with the Managing Director to track and report project burn rates.

• Communicate, discuss, and brainstorm proactively with other team members such as strategists, UX designers, motion designers, creatives, and developers.

You have

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Leader personality that can get the best out of teams and talent.

• Experience in working together with creative, strategy, design, and development teams.

• Experience in working as part of a multi-disciplinary (scrum) team and happy to tailor this to each unique project situation.

• The ability to proactively provide solutions to problems.

• Have a positive, can-do attitude to uplift your team to make the best work possible.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Affinity with emerging technology, producing interactive prototypes, experiments, and researching new possibilities.
